Starview’s MRTS Series machines offer higher productivity and lower costs than typical shuttle machines for “fresh counter” packaging. A sealing area of 14” x 18” is standard.

Models to produce Modified Atmosphere Protection (MAP) and Skin packages are offered. A clear or random printed film is sealed to a preformed tray and profile trimmed.

Starview’s MRTS Series are designed and competitively priced for “fresh counter” packaging, typically a clear or printed film to a preformed tray for food manufacturing companies, catering, grocery stores, delicatessens, etc. The MRTS Series is ideal for low to medium production. This series machines can adapt to seal for a wide range of product tray sizes by simply changing the tooling. The MRTS Series machines trim the film to the profile of the tray and automatically rewind the scrap web. The MRTS Series sealers will provide years of dependable performance with a minimum of maintenance.
